Cranberry bread

 There's always cranberry sauce left, like always.  And it really doesn't go well with a lot other things right?  Well here's a solution.  1.5 cups homemade cranberry sauce (see recipe) 1 stick butter 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 softened package of cream cheese 1tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt splash of vanilla extract 1/2 tsp nutmeg 3 cups flour Heat oven to 350 Combine the cranberry, butter, cream cheese, eggs, and sugar and work in together until smooth.  In a separate bowel, combine the remaining dry ingredients.  Add 1/2 cup at a time the dry into the wet ingredients, mixing in each amount completely before adding more.  Once all is incorporated, place into 8 pre-greased mini bread loaf pans.  Bake for 30 minutes
