2 bunches baby kale
2 minced garlic cloves
Minced zest of 1 lemon
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1 cup of candied rehydrated figs
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup pecorino
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup chopped basil
2 T. Honey
Salt and pepper
Combine all main ingredients. Mix oil, lemon, basil and honey and whisk. Pour over greens and toss thoroughly. Add salt and pepper prior to serving and toss.
I added blackberries below because I had them.
