tortellini with pomodoro, olives

​eating by myself. I go for less than 6 ingredients


Tortellini fresh

2 cloves very thinly sliced garlic

Generous splash olive oil

20 cherry tomatoes sliced thin

2 sprig basil chopped

2 spring parsley chopped

Pit free Kalamata olives


Mozzarella (the tiny ones)


Boil salt water and add tortellini for 2 minutes if fresh. 

Strain. 

Add garlic to olive oil once heated and simmer for 1 minute. Add tomato’s for another 2 minutes. Add herbs. Reintroduce tortellini and stir. 

Lastly add kalamata and the mozzarella balls and serve. 

Easy. Really good. Carb bomb
