truffle burrata margarita pizza

Pizza dough

2 cups 00 flour

1 packet active dry yeast

1 cup very warm water

olive oil

2 tsp raw sugar

1/4c minced fresh basil

1T minced fresh oregano


dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water and allow to stand until bubbly and foamy.


make a volcano with your flour, salt, olive oil 2T or so, and slowly incorporate the yeasty stuff.  Once it’s a ball, sprinkle a little cornmeal so it doesn’t stick to everything and rise for 45 min. Punch it! 

Then add the herbs for your final short kneading prior to rolling out into the crust.  

Prebake  at 350 with olive oil sprinkled on top for 5 minutes. 


Pizza toppings

simple marinara (will post mine) 1/2 cup

truffle burrata balls x2 chopped

little bit fresh parm

1/2 cup chopped basil

1/2-3/4 cup of thinly sliced tomatoes

salt

pepper

olive Oil


make your masterpiece and drizzle olive oil over. Bake at 500 for 8 minutes until all sorts of bubbly
