pickles!

4 small cucumbers 

2 cloves garlic

1/4 onion

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup rice vinegar

1/2 cup vinegar

dash of pickle crisping pellets

3 tablespoons fresh dill chooped


chop cukes into chips 1/2 inch thick. Add to clean mason jar. Add garlic, onion, dill and sugar to the jars (probably 2 in this case). Add the vinegars and the crispers. Fill the rest of the way to cover cukes with water and seal.  Shake vigorously for 30 seconds then stick those puppies in the fridge!
