Ok, so I said I would never share this recipe but I lied. It is just so good. So good, in fact, that I may just bust one out right now.
2oz. silver agave type tequila (really, spring for the good stuff)
1oz. grand marnier or triple sec
2T. frozen limeade
3T. cold water
juice of 1/2 lime
1 melon ball scoop of ruby red grapefruit sorbet
rock salt for your rim
In a shaker, combine all but the salt with a bunch of ice and shake the crap out of it. Salt your glass heavily, pour and top with sorbet.
