Daikon radish salad

1 cup daikon radish cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup snap peas, slivered
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup edamame (shelled)
1T chopped cilantro
1tsp. sriracha hot sauce
1/4c. rice vinegar
1T. peanut butter
1tsp. sugar
2T. sesame oil
1T. soy sauce

Such a tasty Asian salad, goes well with stirfry, dumplings, or just on it's own.  Serve over a bed of purple cabbage or with some cold Asian noodles.  Mix first 5 ingredients.  The next six are the dressing so mix separately, and toss together.  Serve with a light beer. mmmm.
