cranberry sauce with orange zest

​20 Oz cranberries fresh 

1 cup cane sugar

Zest of two oranges

Shredded meat of 1 Granny Smith 

Shake of nutmeg

Shake of allspice


Cover cranberries with just enough water so the top ones are poking out. Add all ingredients. Boil for 30 minutes 

Add 1 tsp pectin while cooling and serve
