pancetta, peas, and cambazola pasta

Easiest recipe ever.

1 cup fresh peas shelled

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup diced pancetta

6 oz cambazola

1/2 cup veggie broth

2 tablespoon olive oil


oilce oil, garlic and pancetta to a hot pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 the broth then 1/2 cheese. Stir constantly for 2 minutes. Add the other 1/2 of both. Sprinkle with parsley garnish and serve over any sauce holding pasta. I also sometimes sprinkle fresh diced tomato as garnish for texture and color
