Aji Chirapita peppers. So tiny, seemingly harmless...5 Alarm Holy F*CK don't play jokes with this shred of demonic hell hot. If you pickle them like crazy it doesn't really decrease the pain either...but some like it hot right?
1 cup ajis
1/2 cup mango juice
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1tsp cilantro
1 tsp parsley
Mix and rest in a cool place for a week, drain pickle juice and do it again. Refrigerate after the second pickle.
