
1 large package arugula
4 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/4 cup shaved romano
1T. chopped basil
1/3cup balsamic
1/4cup olive oil
2T. fig jam
Add first 4 ingredients to salad bowl. Basil, balsamic, oil, and fig jam should be whisked until smooth and served over the salad
