Another day of stirfry toss-it-all-togetherness.
1lb of diced chicken breast
2T. teriyaki
2T. soy
1tsp sriracha
1tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemongrass paste
1tsp ginger paste
3T. crushed garlic
1/2 diced onion
1 head broccolini cut into little florets
1 can julienned bamboo shoots
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup chicken broth
3T. thai hot basil paste
3T. oyster sauce
Marinade the chicken in the ingredients down to ginger paste for 1 hour.
Heat some canola oil in a wok (about 3T) and add garlic, onion, and chicken. Toss for about 3-4 minutes. Add broccolini and bambo shoots and toss another 2 minutes. Add broth, basil paste and oyster sauce and cover to steam the broccoli a bit. About 5 minutes. Toss with peanuts, Serve over rice.
