lamb burger on foccacia with cucumbers

1lb ground lamb
1tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
1tsp. dried cilantro
2T. crushed garlic
3 cardamom seeds crushed
2T. olive oil

1cucumber, shaved
1 spring of mint, crushed
1T. white vinegar
1tsp sugar

Mix lamb with seasonings and marinade for 1 hour.  Pan fry or grill to medium.  When almost cooked place a round of goat cheese on top and melt.
Split a sandwich sized piece of foccaccia and grill briefly.  Combine the cucumber, mint, vinegar and sugar and stir.  Place a dollop on the burger just before serving.
