1 onion
3T. crushed garlic
1/4 cup veggie oil
1/4 cup purple basil leaves, chopped
1lb ground turkey
Thai sweet noodle paste (1 4 oz. can)
3T. oyster sauce
2 chili peppers of your heat preference (diced)
1lb haricot verts
Dice onion and add with garlic to hot veggie oil in a wok. When translucent, add the ground turkey. When turkey is almost cooked, add noodle paste, oyster sauce, 1/3 c. water, and chili. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and then toss in basil and beans at the end. Also good with some chopped cashews if you are in the mood. Serve over white rice with lots of extra sriracha!
