mom's peanut butter pie









This is so freaking easy. And so good.

1cup smooth organic PB
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1tsp. vanilla extract

1 graham cracker crust

Topping
3 bakers chocolate squares
1/2 cup sugar
3 T. 1/2 n 1/2
mini PB cups chopped

Mash together PB and sugar until incorporated.  With a mixer in a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff.  Fold into PB mixture and pour in your crust. Freeze for 2 hours

Melt the chocolate squares in the microwave with the 1/2 n 1/2 and stir in sugar.  Pour on top of the frozen pie.  Top with PB cups and re-freeze.
