1cup crab claw meat
2T crushed garlic
2T. olive oil
1 anchovy
3 plum tomatoes sliced thin
1T. capers
1c. dry white wine
1tsp thyme
1/2 cup 1/2n1/2
salt/pep/parm to taste, squeeze of lemon juice
Medium Shells
Saute garlic and anchovy in olive oil for a few mins then add crab, tomatoes and capers. Add wine and simmer for 5minutes, then add cream and thyme. Salt pep and parm to taste. Sprinkle a bit o' lemon juice. Serve over shells so it holds all those little goodies. Great with a nice dry pinot grigio or a beer with squeeze of lemon
